Construction of a new commercial retail unit housing, a Starbucks and LCBO. This project encompassed all our resources, including our entire work force, fleet and equipment.
Work Completed:
- Earthworks, site servicing, excavation for footings and foundation walls.
- Installation of new parking lot including granular base, asphalt, concrete curbs and sidewalks.
- Restoration consisting of sod and line painting.
